We also went to Cozy Drive In - home of the Cozy Dog and had lunch. If you haven't been there you should go the next time you're in Springfield - fun place! Can't wait for more of your Route 66 posts!Phyllisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2195053057075454120.post-75825152981995288132016-02-03T16:36:21.909-06:002016-02-03T16:36:21.909-06:00Thanks Phyllis! This along with Shea's Gas Station museum in Springfield are now only memories. We saw Shea's on our first Ruthnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2195053057075454120.post-67262339551152036912016-02-03T08:28:28.429-06:002016-02-03T08:28:28.429-06:00Forgot to check notify so doing that now!Forgot to check notify so doing that now!Phyllisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2195053057075454120.post-88928298192479142022016-02-03T08:27:00.694-06:002016-02-03T08:27:00.694-06:00I don't remember seeing this motel when we dro...I don't remember seeing this motel when we drove Route 66 in 2011. But as you said, there are multiple routes through that area. Thanks for sharing the story and photos. We've been on a lot of wonderful trips over the years but I think we had the most fun when we drove Route 66 - so much history on that route! There is still a lot to see along the way and lots of people at various Phyllishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03214024738659270105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2195053057075454120.post-33829534264427332472016-01-29T17:49:07.860-06:002016-01-29T17:49:07.860-06:00Nice pics as usual.
